Commission and Giveaway Terms

By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms, which are subject to change at any time: Commissions are for private, personal use only. Commissioned scripts may not be reused for other purposes and may not be posted without explicit, written permission from Anigomi. Once your commission is completed, it is your responsibility to download it from the google drive link provided upon delivery. Editors frequently clear their drives to save space, so download your commission as soon as you receive it! All commissions are digital and you will not be receiving a physical good. We reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Only the initial inquiry will be honored for the content of the commission, so be thorough! Commissions include two free revisions: one free revision at the scripting stage, and one free revision after the audio has been delivered in its entirety. Further revisions will incur extra charges. If you’d like to see your commission’s script before it’s recorded, please let us know in your initial inquiry. Voicemail and letter commissions are intended to be short, more affordable commissions. As such, their length cannot be extended. If you’d like a longer version of either of these audios, please order it as a full commission. Love letters and voicemails are not eligible for commission discounts unless explicitly stated. Refunds will not be honored once work on an audio has begun.

By participating in an Anigomi Commission giveaway, you agree to these additional terms: All Anigomi commission giveaways are for 18+ participants only. For any Anigomi commission giveaways during a charity livestream (or any other time where you can earn additional entries by paying money), you may enter for free by emailing us with an apology in place of a charity donation. This is to comply with sweepstakes laws, but you should still feel bad for trying to get out of donating to charity. Only enter in any giveaway if it is allowed by local laws. Giveaways are done using a random number generator. Anigomi Commission Giveaways must be claimed within 72 hours of the announcement of a winner or they are forfeit.
