Put as much (or as little) information as you’d like. We will fill in any details that you don’t give. Some information you may want to provide: character, scenario, dynamic (platonic/romantic), or anything you don’t want included. We have had people give us 40 page long documents of background, and we’ve had people tell us to surprise them. Please note that anything outside of the initial commission inquiry is not guaranteed to be included in the commission.

After you submit your commission form, you will receive a pricing quote in your email from commissions@anigomi.com. It may go to spam! If you do not respond to your quote, we will assume you do not want to continue with the commission. Once you have your quote, you need to pay 50% up front to our Paypal: Paypal.me/Anigomi. Include your Alias and the character you’re commissioning in the payment message. Respond to the initial quote email once you’ve paid that first half! If you don’t, it’s likely to get lost in the process and cause a delay. After your first payment, we’ll send your commission to our writers and one of them will pick it up. It can take some time to find a writer, especially during busy seasons or if it’s a character that not many people are familiar with. If your character is currently uncast, we’ll start an audition process for that role. This process can take a couple of weeks and it’ll look like your script is stuck in voice acting for a while, but we’re just trying to find the best fit! ♥ You can keep up with where your commission is in the process on our public commissions Trello. Once we’ve recorded and edited your audio, we’ll send you a link via Google drive. It is very important that you download the file!! We lose access to drive files regularly. After you get your audio downloaded, the final 50% of the cost is due to the same place (paypal.me/Anigomi).

Anything involving your original character, odd crossovers, anything involving listener death and extremely niche fandoms are the most common audios we require to be private, and anything against Youtube or Patreon’s TOS would also need to be private.

We usually quote at least a month for a commission. It may take longer during high demand times (during sales, large giveaways, etc) or if we need to cast a role for your audio.

To check the status of your commission, please use our new public Trello. Please note that we provide this Trello as a courtesy and it may get a little behind, especially during high demand times :) But we will do our best!

Full length commissions are 1,000 words minimum. This is the length of an average Anigomi audio. We do not offer time estimates because they’re extremely unpredictable— characters that talk faster (think Deku, or any character that rambles) may only take 8 or 9 minutes to say 1,000 words, whereas characters that talk slower may take 15 minutes or more.

Your commission will not be started until you send half of the full amount to our Paypal: paypal.me/Anigomi. The other half of your payment will be due upon completion. Please plan accordingly.

If it’s a non-original character, you can suggest a voice actor if you want, but ultimately the casting will be up to the director. You can, however, pick a voice actor for your original characters. If you don’t tell us which voice actor you want to voice your original character, we will choose for you.

Yep! We do those all the time.

We will use it as much as we can while keeping the dialogue natural, but if that’s something you’re concerned about, make sure to check the ‘script approval’ checkbox.
